Today’s attorneys are exhorted to move beyond the billable hour and embrace flat fee billing. But two Washington attorneys have taken this evolution a big step further. Brett Sullivan and Spencer Stromberg created Lucent Law around the idea that legal services could be reimagined as legal products. In this webinar, Brett discussed the whys and hows that went into creating their online shop of legal products. Slides and video are available below. Finally, Brett has kindly provided us with a list of all the many plugins he uses behind the scenes on his excellent WordPress site (see bottom of post).

About the speaker

Brett Sullivan

Brett Sullivan is a creative and experienced attorney representing business and individual clients in real estate transactions and related matters; business transactions and agreements; common ownership associations; and estate and asset protection planning. He also represent parties to insolvency proceedings.

Brett’s business law experience includes entity formation; asset and stock/membership buy sell agreements; shareholder and member agreements; contract preparation; financing; workouts; and general business operational matters. Brett has represented businesses and individuals in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements; financing; residential and commercial development; formation of owners’ associations; and easement preparation and enforcement. During the webinar Brett explains that Lucent Law’s excellent website is build on a WordPress platform. He agreed to provide a list of the plugins he used.
