About the speaker
Brett Sullivan is a creative and experienced attorney representing business and individual clients in real estate transactions and related matters; business transactions and agreements; common ownership associations; and estate and asset protection planning. He also represent parties to insolvency proceedings.
Brett’s business law experience includes entity formation; asset and stock/membership buy sell agreements; shareholder and member agreements; contract preparation; financing; workouts; and general business operational matters. Brett has represented businesses and individuals in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements; financing; residential and commercial development; formation of owners’ associations; and easement preparation and enforcement.
